The new API-driven platform leverages <a href=\"https:\/\/www.home.neustar\/carrier-provisioning\/universal-order-connect\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universal Order Connect<\/a> provided by Neustar, Inc., a global information services and technology company and leader in identity resolution.
