We are committed to conducting our business in an environmentally responsible manner. We recognize the impact our operations can have on the environment and are dedicated to minimizing this impact through sustainable practices and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the Environmental Policy is to set our commitment to managing those aspects of our business that can affect the environment as well as defining measures to review our performance. The scope applies to GTT operations globally and includes all employees, sub-contractors and suppliers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"statement\" class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fe9cc265 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-3-x-large-font-size\">Policy statement\u200b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GTT is committed to protecting the environment and seeks to manage the environmental impact of our products, services and operations and continually improve our environmental performance and operating methods for the benefit of all stakeholders, including our customers, employees, and communities. Our aim is to understand our global environmental footprint and effectively integrate climate change and natural resource considerations into our overall business strategy. With respect to the environment, we endeavor to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respect and obey applicable environmental laws, rules, and regulations in the countries where we operate and encourage our business partners to satisfy environmental compliance requirements. This includes adhering to international guidelines and best practices for environmental management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain standardized data collection methods and key performance indicators to monitor our environmental impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take action to reduce the carbon footprint of our business operations to achieve global climate goals. We will monitor and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, aiming to achieve net zero for Scope 1 and Scope 2 by 2035. We are working towards establishing science-based targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This ensures our targets are aligned with the latest climate science and the goals of the Paris Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve the efficient use of water and other resources to preserve biodiversity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage our business operations to prevent pollution, including harmful airborne particulates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement waste minimization programs to reduce, reuse and recycle our office materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with our suppliers to collectively reduce our environmental footprint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote environmental awareness and responsibility among our employees, and ensure that they act in accordance with the environmental policy in the course of their duties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously improve our environmental performance by establishing practical objectives and targets and develop and maintain environmental best practices guided by recognized international standards and industry best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance our reporting and transparency with respect to our environmental activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will regularly evaluate our environmental programs, objectives and targets and will seek to align our approaches with changes in the business as well as the expectations of our valued stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By adhering to this Environmental Policy, GTT aims to contribute to a sustainable future while delivering high-quality telecommunications services. The communications of changes, revisions and modification will be coordinated by the ESG Program Lead and approved by the General Counsel and ESG Steering Committee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"enforce\" class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fe9cc265 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-3-x-large-font-size\">Enforcement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any employee found to have violated this process may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. GTT will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Breaches of this or any other corporate policy should be reported to Human Resources or Legal or contact the GTT Helpline at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.safecall.co.uk\/report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer
